The Dagger Blackwater 13.5 is a tandem version of the ever-popular 10.5 solo touring kayak. The Blackwater 13.5 is wide, stable and has a long water line making it easy to paddle and ideal for couples or a family. The spacious, open single cockpit gives easy access to the seating area and enough space for a family with a small child. The Blackwater 13.5 tandem has 2 of Dagger’s Zone outfitting seats and one removable small centre seat. Both the main Zone padded seats are adjustable with good, high backrests. The removable centre child's seat is included as standard, making this kayak an excellent choice for a family. The Blackwater tandem also features sidelock adjustable footrests making extended paddling very comfortable. There is also a rear storage compartment with a sealed bulkhead and forward deck bungees for stowing your gear whilst out touring. The Blackwater 13.5 also features a simple drop-down skeg system which makes this tandem kayak easy to paddle in a straight line, very useful when all the family are involved. Front and rear carry handles mean that this tandem touring kayak is easy to manoeuvre off the water as well as on it. The Dagger Blackwater 13.5 touring kayak is perfect for family use on lakes, touring rivers and canals, but it can also cope with excursions onto estuaries and gentle coastal waters.
