One of the lightest boats that we stock, at less than 15kg almost any paddler can lift the Old Town Pack with absolute ease. Weight is often the problem when trying to portage open canoes but this is simply not the case with the Pack, which can be easily carried and transported by one person. Its flat hull shape makes for a stable, easy to paddle solo canoe, with plenty of storage space and weight capacity to disappear camping for a week. We often sell these boats to people looking for a lightweight, easy to paddle open canoe with the option of carrying an additional small person or often a pet.
