Sales Advisor (Part Time & Full Time)
Our busy showroom requires additional staff to assist in the day to day running of the business covering a wide range of duties. Primarily, you will be providing sales advice and after sales support to customers instore, over the phone and online. The position will also include some warehouse duties.
- Advising customers on product suitability (face to face, telephone and online)
- Assist in product purchasing, stock control and stock sharing.
- Maintaining product presentation within showroom
- Processing and despatch of orders
- Processing and handling deliveries
Requirements:
To perform well in these roles, you will need to understand the products we sell, so you will need to have some paddling experience. Paddling ability or the type of paddling does not matter – our staff include kayak anglers, recreational family paddlers, sea kayakers, canoeists and white-water paddlers of all abilities.

Website Maintenance & Sales Advisor
The position involves assisting in the continual development of our online business and assisting in processing day to day customer enquiries, daily sales and some warehouse duties.
Main duties will include:
- Daily website updates
- Product database maintenance including daily group stock updates and product updates.
- Updating product images & product videos
- Group eCommerce sales support via email, live messenger and social media.
- Professional and knowledgeable presentation and product range advice to customers in-store
- Stock management & order processing
- Unloading/loading deliveries
Requirements
- A working knowledge of HTML and experience with SEO would be advantageous
- High level of computer literacy
- Be an active paddler with an understanding about paddlesport
- The retail and warehouse duties include lifting and carrying canoes and kayaks for which you will need to have a reasonable level of physical fitness.
