Valley Gemini SP RM
The Valley Gemini Sports Play (SP) RM has been taken from the extremely popular Valley Gemini SP Composite. The Roto Moulded (RM) version is constructed from a triple layer polyethylene. The Gemini SP RM has been designed as a sub 16ft sea kayak, even though it is a shorter sea kayak it is more than capable of holding its own with bigger sea kayaks. As the Gemini SP RM is sub 16ft it allows better handling and manoeuvrability with out compromising the straight line ability too much. The increased rocker, increased front/bow volume and harder chines give the Valley Gemini SP RM more of a playful feel with the ability to still deal with the rough stuff. This playful nature makes the Gemini SP RM perfect for surfing & rock hopping, while still being capable of day touring and shorter expeditions.
The Valley Gemini SP RM has all the features you would expect from a premium level sea kayak. 3 storage hatches with built in sealed bulkheads. A comfortable seat with padded seat pad and adjustable backrest. Hip pads & thigh braces for the paddlers desired control when on the water. A drop down skeg allows greater straight line tracking when out in tricky conditions. Adjustable foot pegs to give the perfect fit for most paddlers. As well as the standard decklines and deck bungees you would expect from any sea kayak worth its salt.
The Valley Gemini SP RM is a brilliant sea play sea kayak that is short and easy to manoeuvre both on and off the water.
