Feelfree Moken 12.5 V2 PDL
The Feelfree Moken 12.5 PDL has combined the brilliant stable fishing platform everyone knows and loves in the Moken 12.5 V2, then adds in a Rapid Pedal Drive system for even better on the water performance.
Feelfree have made some slight changes to the the Moken 12.5 V2 to make the Moken 12.5 PDL. By adding some additional bow rocker it allows for the Moken 12.5 PDL to handle the new levels of speed that the Rapid Drive delivers.
The Rapid Drive itself is a very capable chain driven fully encased drive powered by a propeller. It is simple to install and quick to drop through the hull and lock into place. Offering instant forwards and reverse thrust the Rapid Drive really is one of the best propeller pedal drives on the market right now.
For the best on the water comfort Feelfree have given the Moken 12.5 PDL their super comfortable EZ Rider Seating System which never fails to disappoint. The standard easy to adjust recline angle, now paired with a forwards and backwards adjustment to make sure everyone can have the very best position to allow for easy peddling. This seat is easy to remove along with the drive to make car topping or storing the Moken 12.5 PDL easier.
Steering the Moken 12.5 PDL couldn't be simpler, using the the Rapid Steering System. This is an easy to use steering handle to the left hand side of the seating position that controls the oversized Beavertail Rudder. The Beavertail Rudder system has been designed to effect the Moken 12.5 PDL in the right way offering quick manoeuvrability when required.
As has come to be expected from all Feelfree fishing kayaks the Moken 12.5 PDL comes packed full of features right from the factory. The well loved Wheel in the Keel helps move the kayak from the car to the water and back again. Other great features remain such as the paddle park, large rear storage tank - now with addition moulded in tie down points, as well as bow and stern Uni Track mounting rails for any other accessories you might want to add. 2 Flush mounted rear facing rod holders and ideal for trolling or holding rods while you get to you favourite fishing spot. The front of the kayak has horizontal rod storage with rod tip guards and bungee retainers. The Moken 12.5 PDL has plenty of storage as you would expect, a large oval bow twist lock storage hatch gives access to the inside of the hull and is plenty big enough for dry bags and even a broken down trolley like a C-Tug if you need to transport over longer distances or soft changeable ground. A quarter turn twist lock hatch behind the EZ Rider seat gives additional storage for anything you can not stow in the larger front hatch.
