The Ocean Kayak Malibu 9.5 is a short, stable sit on top kayak perfect for getting out on local rivers and having a play in some smaller surf on those summer beach days. With a great sharp entry line along with an extended keel the Malibu 9.5 is efficient through the water and tracks very well in a straight line.
Fitted with the brilliant AirComfort™ backrest that is built into the kayak which enables quick and easy recline angle adjustment, as well as a contoured padded seat base the Ocean Kayak Malibu 9.5 is very easy to get a comfortable paddling position in. Moulded in footrests with calf rests give extra support and are perfect for most leg lengths.
A conveniently placed centre QuickStash™ hatch with moulded in bucket keeps items you want close by, in easy reach. A large bungee'd rear storage tank wells is plenty big enough for storing, drybags or larger items, while a smaller storage tank at the front of the kayak is ideal for smaller dry tubes. A trio of moulded in cup holders top off the malibu’s features nicely and keep the overall weight of the Malibu 9.5 as low as possible.
Side solid side carry handles make getting the Malibu 9.5 on top of the car solo simple and easy. Toggle handles bow and stern make a 2 person lift and load quick and are handy for if you want to load the Malibu 9.5 onto a Trolley to move to the water more easily.
