A Lightweight, Adjustable Bent Shaft Canoe Paddle

The Werner Churchill is a lightweight bent shaft touring paddle that has an adjustable length from 50" - 58". Designed with a long slender rectangular blade which offers a gentle yet powerful catch that allows the paddler to maintain a great higher paddle stroke cadence rate. This is ideal for touring paddlers looking for a canoe paddle that allows them to keep a great easy cruising speed, or for paddlers looking to use the Churchill as a fitness training paddle. Being constructed of superb looking translucent fibreglass the blades look amazing and are lightweight, durable & stiff. Werners' development testing has allowed them to make a blade that is impact and abrasion resistant. A central ridge through the middle of the power face ensures a smooth, stiff & stable paddle stroke.  

 The 10 degree blade to shaft offset has been created to keep the blade more vertical during the power phase of the stroke, this ensures power through forward strokes & smoothness through control or turning strokes. 

The carbon bent shaft keeps the overall paddle weight right down, in-keeping with the fibreglass blade. The LeverLock enables the Werner Churchill to be adjustable from 50" - 58" so paddlers can play round with different lengths & get the perfect size. The shaft is topped with an ABS plastic Palm grip that is not only comfortable but is also high impact resistant.
