Coming with 2 bench seats as as standard, the Gumotex Palava is ideally suited for solo or tandem use. There is a third, middle seat mounting position which will allow for either an extra passenger with the fitting of an optional additional seat, or alternatively this is a great place to mount a single seat and paddle the Palava solo leaving plenty of space for kit bow and stern. This gives solo paddlers a better trim position and far more control through a variety of conditions, this versatility is what often makes the Gumotex Palava such a popular inflatable canoe. There are also integrated thigh straps for added control through the rough stuff and keep you connected with your boat.

The Palava is made from Gumotex's very own full Nitrilon material which is incredibly hard wearing and should give many years of happy paddling. The Palava 400 is a much lighter option than a rigid canoe weighing in at only 17.5 kg's. It also comes ready to go in a brilliant rucksack style backpack with padded shoulder straps which is comfortable to carry your boat and kit over distances should you find yourself with a longer portage. This also doubles as a dry bag to keep kit dry when on the water and also helps keep your car dry on the return journey with the wet boat inside.
