The NRS Riptide is a superb jacket for those canoeing or kayaking paddlers who want more from a spray cag without going over the top. The Riptide has a fully articulated design and is made from a super lightweight 2.5 layer HyproTex material so when you are wearing it you really have full range of movement and don't feel that you're wearing a waterproof paddling jacket at all.

The NRS Riptide still has all the features you could want from a touring jacket with an adjustable storm hood, half neck zip outer collar with a stretchy urethane inner that gives you protection but can still be opened for ventilation when warm. At the wrists you find comfortable volcano-style neoprene cuffs and a twin waist with velcro adjustments for use with spraydeck or twin waist trousers for added protection.
