Following on from the brilliant success of the Bixpy J-2 Motor the Bixpy K-1 has seen some well received upgrades across the kit, and is still highly regarded as one of the best Motor kits on the market and an ideal way to power almost any craft.

Bixpy K-1 Motor: Bixpy continue to use and develop tech from hydro-electric dams, aerospace and other leading industries to re-design and reinvent the traditional trolling motor. The K-1 motor looks nothing like a traditional trolling motor and for good reason, Bixpy aim to deliver the best motor in the smallest package possible to keep weight and space used to a minimum. The impeller jet system used through all previous generations of Bixpy motors is now more efficient than ever and has always been more efficient than a conventional jet or propeller style system. The ducting system of the K-1 Motor is specifically designed to avoid vortices, which reduce motor efficiency, and avoid drag that wastes power. The K-1 motor is operated from a wireless controller with buttons for both forwards and reverse speeds, this comes on a wrist band so it is always very close to hand for speed control.

By making this K-1 Motor around 20% shorter than the last Gen J-2 motor, improving the sleekness and ruggedness of the design, while still keeping the same power output. All this has made the K-1 Outboard Motor Kit even more compact, which is an ideal addition to most paddle craft.
