Split Stern Buoancy Bags For Kayaks

The range of RUK Kayak Air Bags are suitable for a range of different kayaks, from smaller whitewater style kayaks to touring kayaks - where required. They come in a range of sizes meaning there is always an airbag to work for your kayak. The aim of kayak airbags is to displace water, making rescue and recovery of the kayak much easier.

The RUK Kayak Air Bags are all constructed from a tough 210D Nylon PVC coated fabric which makes them abrasive resistant and perfect for use in harsh environments. High frequency welded seams as well as the 'Pillow' shaped design that helps to eliminate the seams trying to capture more than 2 pieces of material, makes for a more durable airbag that is less prone to failure in the corner areas. A truncated cone design that is wider across the horizontal than the depth on the vertical, this ensures that it is a very good fit in either the bow or the stern.

RUK have given a well sized inflation tube with a screw top valve, this makes blowing up the air bags much easier when they are in place. To keep them in place the floatation bag has a brass eyelet ring to secure to the kayak if required.
