The Vibe Kayaks X-Drive Kit is a fin drive based pedal system for Vibe's Makana And Shearwater Pedal Drive Kayaks, supplied with a mounting plate which replaces the Versa Pod or Impulse Drive mounting plate and a rudder control which can be fitted to the Vibe Shearwater 125 to convert from footrest rudder control to a side mounted steering handle.

The fin drive itself is easy to adjust for different paddler leg lengths with soft grippy foot pads which are comfortable to use, even when barefoot. Providing powerful acceleration and is ready to use in both fresh and salt water the X-Drive is perfect for battling wind, tides and currents whilst getting to your favourite fishing spot. The drive fins can be fluttered close to the hull which maintains propulsion when in shallower waters or looking to slowly move towards fish.
