The Viking Kayaks Chill Pod is perfect for kayak fisherman looking to safely store or protect their catch keeping it fresh while out on the water. Designed for use in the rear tank well of the Profish Reload, Profish 400 or Profish GT, this solid insulated storage pod is ideal for keeping your catch cool.

Thanks to its large flip-up open lid  that is secured with a bungee fastening it's quick and easy to access the chill pod. With a large internal capacity the Viking Kayaks Chill Pod can easily take 6 fish that are around 5-10lb or more smaller bait fish.

Thanks to the Chill Pod being insulated, when it's loaded with ice the it can remain cold for many hours, keeping your fish in ideal condition even when out on the water during warmer summer days. Viking Kayaks recommend using salt ice for the best results, helping keep temperatures lower for longer.

The Chill Pod can be easily removed from your kayak, then with the rear webbing handle carried back to the car and loaded inside your vehicle. This removable design makes cleaning the Chill Pod after use a far simpler task.

Supplied with a securing strap and fixings to mount directly into the pre-threaded hardware inserts in the rear of the tank well all Viking Profish fishing kayaks.
