High Angle Carbon Kayak Paddle With Foam Core

The Werner Cyprus is an ideal paddle for sea kayak and long distance touring. It features mid sized high angle blades that are ideal for a wide range of paddlers and abilities. With special foam cored blades The Cyprus delivers a moderate amount of power allowing you to cruise along at a comfortable speed without the worry that you'll be too tired for the return journey.

The additional buoyancy created by the foam core and volume within the Werner Cyprus means that as you paddle it feels almost like the blades are lifting themselves out of the water at the end of each stroke. This motions makes every paddle stroke that bit easier and increases your endurance level.

The Cyprus comes with Werner's patented adjustable ferrule system joint as standard. This brilliant design means that you can split the paddle in 2 completely for storage and transportation while also giving you the ability to set precisely the feather angle of the blades 0 and 60 degrees and set it to optimum for either left or right-handed.

Available with two different shaft options; the straight shaft carbon glass option is the lightest of the two and is the more traditional type, whilst the neutral bent shaft option for many paddlers reduces the strain on the wrists over long distances and can increase your comfort.
