Werner Ikelos
Carbon High Angle Sea & Touring Paddle With Large Blades
The Werner Ikelos is an aggressive High Angle touring paddle design for experienced paddlers who want a durable, light weight paddle with both powerful forward strokes and smooth linking strokes.
With light and buoyant foam cored blades, the Ikelos is ideal for paddlers wanting to cover distance in either sea or touring kayaks. The foam core gives that light feel as well as aids in the paddle leaving the water on the back end of a paddle stroke and when bracing or rolling.
The Werner Ikelos of course features Werners' adjustable ferrule system which allows the blade angle offset to be adjusted to the perfect angle for the paddler or the conditions of the day. This makes this performance paddle perfect for those wanting a racing or fitness training paddle.
The Werner Ikelos is available in either a carbon crank/bent shaft to really look after the paddlers wrists, elbows and shoulder or a straight carbon shaft both of which have the ability to change the angle and split fully in 2 parts.
