The P&H Cetus is a high performance sea kayak that is available in a range of sizes, construction and colours, this means no matter your level or intended places of use there is a configuration of Cetus that will work for you. Thanks to a hull design that is intended to cover miles quickly and efficiently in whatever conditions the sea is throwing at you the Cetus is well loved worldwide for a reason. It is perfect for both day trips or proper out and out expeditions and has been used for both all over the paddling world. The traditional British sea kayak style brings low decks to reduce weather cocking and the impact of adverse conditions, a superbly crafted upswept bow which brings paddlers up and over larger swells a good amount of rocker enables the paddler, when putting the Cetus on edge, to tightly turn and really use its manoeuvrability.

As the Cetus is designed as either a lightly packed quick paddling day kayak or a laden full packed expedition sea kayak, having a great amount of storage is key. As such P&H have given the Cetus 2 well sized rear hatches and also a well sized forward hatch, these are all bulkheaded as well. The storage doesn't stop there either a smaller day hatch for any smaller bits of kit is well positioned in front of the cockpit area ensuring important small bits of gear are very close to hand. Deck lines and deck bungee's allow for on deck storage of any other items that do not need to be in the internal storage space.

The well performing Cetus also has the aid of a drop down skeg for when conditions require it, this is deployed, retracted and controlled from an easy to use slider flushly mounted to the side of the cockpit. Getting the perfect fit in a Cetus is simple thanks to its outfitting which features an adjustable supportive backband, adjustable foot pegs, hip pads and well positioned comfortable thigh braces. All of this out fitting ensure most paddlers can get the lock in and control they require while still keeping comfortable for longer days on the water.
