A Kit For Installing Canoe Airbags or Buoyancy Blocks

This Canoe Buoyancy Lashing Kit is a complete kit for installing air bags or solid floatation blocks into your open canoe.

Containing enough Pop Rivets, P Clips and 5mm Cord for securing your airbags or blocks to the underside of your canoe gunwales in both the bow and the stern.

Using this lashing kit is more secure than just running a cam strap around the buoyancy bag/block, through a painter loop and D-Ring glued into the bottom of your canoe. For the most secure way of securing your blocks using both this lashing kit securing the bags/blocks to the underside of the canoe gunwales as well as the cam strap, painter loop, D-Ring method. Using both methods is recommended for those paddling whitewater.
