Plastic Backrest Seats For Outfitter Spec Canoes
The Old Town Canoes Outfitter spec plastic back rest kit is designed for use only with Old Town boat that already have a plastic seat base installed. This back rest can be added to these outfitter spec plastic seats by simply sliding it through the attachment loops in the rear of the pre-existing fitted seat and securing using the included screw fastening to secure the loop closed.
This backrest is designed to fold forwards but not to flop backwards, allowing it to offer paddlers more support when paddling but fold neatly when the canoe is being transported or stored.
