A High-Backed Angler Spec PFD

The NRS Wrangler is a comfortable, high back buoyancy aid with an uncluttered design. NRS have taken inspiration from the well loved NRS Chinook which is set up as a feature packed high back PFD and kept the comfortable high back with only some of the storage options. This has enabled NRS to make the Wrangler perfect for those that want a high back buoyancy aid but are wanting a less bulky fit. 

The Orbit Fit System see multiple pieces of lightweight closed cell foam precisely cut to give a flexible, unique shape that is pre-curved so that it can effortlessly conform to most body shapes. The rear floatation panel forms to the paddlers back and is set high around the shoulder-blades to keep it out of the way of high backrest seats. The lower mesh to the back of the NRS Wrangler keep the paddler cooler in the warmer weather and stops the feeling of being pushed forward that a normal full foam backed PFD can give.

Two large zipped drop-down front pockets have internal compartments to keep essential gear apart and easier to find when on the water. NRS have ensured there are plenty of attachment points located both in these front pockets and also to the front and rear of the Wrangler. The MOLLE-inspired webbing on the front is great for anglers but also ideal for lights, strobes or a knife. Reflective detailing on the shoulder straps keeps paddlers visible in low light conditions. 

A zipped front entry with lower buckle clip ensures the NRS Wrangler is quick and easy to get on and off. The lower waistband has an inner silicone-coating to help keep the buoyancy aid in place when the adjustment straps a correctly pulled in. The as well as mid PFD and shoulder adjustable pull straps makes it easy to secure the Wrangler give a comfortable fit that doesn't restrict the paddle movement.
