Easy Frame Clamping Cycle Carrier

The Thule ProRide 598 is an easy to use roof mounted cycle carrier which positions your bike as you load it. Lockable from roof rack to carrier and carrier to bike for maximum security and great peace of mind.

The brilliantly designed frame holder and adjustable wheel trays allow the ProRide 598 to automatically position your bike when you secure it. Frame clamps with soft claw pads adapt to your bike’s frame tubes spreading the pressure and minimizing the risk of frame damage. For safe mounting of Carbon framed bikes it is recommended to use Thule's Carbon Frame Protector (984). The claw’s extended lower J shaped jaw stops the bike from falling as you load. Wheels are firmly fixed in a smartly designed adjustable wheel trays with diagonal pump buckle wheel straps.

This carrier is designed to work with Thule Roof Bars with 20x20 mm T-Tracks. To safely mount to roof racks with a 24x30 mm T-Tracks you would require the Thule T-Track Adapter (889-1), available in our Recommended Accessories. To fit the ProRide to SquareBar roof racks it is recommended to use Thule's Around The Bar Adapter (8895).
