The Gumotex Rush 2 is a completely new design of inflatable tandem kayak from Gumotex that features a higher pressure Drop Stitch floor section. This has the benefit of making the Rush 2 a much better paddling experience through the water. A stiffer floor section gives the Rush 2 a far more hydrodynamic shape and cuts through the water better than a standard inflatable with improved stability being a bonus as well.

For many people looking into inflatable kayaks, it's often a difficult choice between a sit on top or sit in design. Well, not anymore as the Rush 2 can be either. In it's basic form out of the box the Rush 2 is an open top sit on top design that is perfect for anyone who does not like the idea of being enclosed. But with the simple addition of the optional deck and cockpit, the Rush 2 suddenly becomes a nifty tandem sit inside kayak. This can then extend your paddling into the colder months safe in the knowledge that you're more protected from the elements.

The Gumotex Rush 2 comes with a backpack style carry and storage bag which makes getting to and from your launching point much easier as it can carry not only the boat but also your pump and paddles too. There is a handy tracking fin that fits neatly into the base of the kayak (before you inflate!) that will help you stay in a straight line should it get a little wind or the current picks up. indeed, the Rush 2 is fully capable of not only paddling on the flat, calm waters of lakes and canals, but can even handle up to grade 2 whitewater as well.
