Pyranha Ion XS

Lightweight, Multipurpose Kids Kayak

The Pyranha Ion XS is a smaller and lighter weight version of Pyranha's Ion Crossover kayak. Specifically designed for kids, it's the ideal first boat that's just at home whether paddling on flat water or taking your first steps into whitewater paddling.

Pyranha have given the Ion XS a good amount of rocker to ride up and over waves and chop, keeping the paddler dry. On flatwater the easily accessed rear skeg can be dropped down via an simple jam cleat, this provides great tracking and makes straight line paddling much easier.

Fitted with a comfortable seat there is enough adjustment to get comfortable, the adjustable back band and hip pads allow you to get a great lock in for maximum control. 

Pyranha have removed the rear storage hatch of the full-sized Ion to keep the weight down as much as possible, at only 14kg the Ion XS is easy to move to and from the water.
