Peak PS Rapid Jacket
The Peak PS Rapid Jacket is the ultimate cag for whitewater paddlers, whether paddling in a Canoe, Kayak or on a SUP. Constructed from a recycled heavyweight X4 layer nylon material, which is ideal for keeping paddlers comfortable in harsh conditions and perfect for those who do not shy away from a winter paddling. Thanks to heavyweight recycled X4 layer reinforcements in the shoulders and elbows the Rapid Jacket is ideal for taking the abuse of whitewater paddling.
Staying warm is one element of a high performance whitewater cag but also, and maybe more importantly, keeping dry it key. The Peak PS Rapid Jacket is ideal for this, using Velcro adjustable Bioprene outer wrist gaskets along with a super soft conical Bioprene Neck gasket to keep splash and spray off, with latex inner wrist and neck seals which are sure to keep water from getting into the cag when on the water. A sewn in drainage hole between the inner and outer neck seals allows for any trapped water to escape quickly.
Fitted with a grippy, elasticated X2.5-layer recycled nylon inner waist which comfortably hugs the body, and using a Velcro adjustable Bioprene outer waist seal which cinches around the paddlers waist for the best fit. This double waist is also ideal for pairing with a kayak spraydeck or a pair of twin waist trousers to make a 2-piece style suit.
