Valley Genesis
The Valley Genesis 14.10 and 15.1 Composite sea kayak has a GRP composite construction to allow for the best on the water performance as well as a lighter weight to make lifting and loading simple. This all-round sea kayak has been designed for paddlers looking to do a bit of everything, the Genesis 14.10 & 15.1 Composite is happy rock hopping, surfing or covering some miles on day/weekend paddling around the coast. Its efficient hull shape allows this shorter sea kayak have the ability, with the right paddler, to keep up with those in longer 16ft sea kayaks.
The shorter lighter nature of the Genesis 14.10 or 15.1 composite makes manoeuvring, transporting and lifting this sea kayak far easier than those longer sea kayaks and all without compromising either durability, responsiveness or much in the way of speed. Valley have also designed the Genesis so the less experienced paddler can gauge much more feed back from the hull allowing their skills to rapidly develop while already experienced paddlers can really push the Genesis in all areas of sea playing.

Custom Options
Rudder System
Whilst this valley sea kayak does come with a skeg system fitted as standard, it is possible to get a rudder system fitted to most Valley boats.
Silva 70P Compass
Most Valley kayaks can have a Silva 70P compass fitted in the factory.
Custom Bulkhead
A custom position bulkhead can also be factory fitted. This can be done a a number of reasons like leg room, to make the most of the storage space, or so you can use a foot bilge pump.
Keel Strip
The most popular option for custom sea kayaks, a 50mm wide length of tape is run down the centre of the hull to offer extra reinforcement. This can be colour coded to the boat or left clear.
Bilge Pumps
Valley offer two types of pump, a foredeck mounted Compact 50 pump or a Henderson foot pump mounted to a custom position bulkhead.
