Hobie i12s - 2019
With features in abundance, the Hobie i12S gives paddlers who are short on storage or transportation space the option of owning a touring size inflatable kayak without having to compromise.
The wheeled storage bag maximises the i12S’ space saving abilities while also making moving the boat to and from the car a breeze. The innovative self bailing hull can be inflated in minutes and the drop stitch technology in the base allows the kayak to be pressurised to the point of feeling almost like a rigid boat.
Combined with Hobie’s Mirage Drive this delivers speed, tracking and stability while leaving your hands free to operate the twist and stow rudder for maximum efficiency. The180 Mirage Drive has been redesigned for the 2017 models to include Glide Technology that gives increased efficiency and reduces the ressistance. It also gives you the ability for change direction from forwards to reverse at the pull of a toggle. The high back seat means a comfortable ride whether you are paddling, pedalling or using the optional sailing kit. The i12S even comes with an 8 inch Twist and Seal forward hatch for keeping your kit safe and dry and a bungee covered rear storage area.
